As we approach D-Day (Departure Day) on Friday, Jan. 18, the communications with the Blackhawk/UW team already down there have picked up considerably. They have been calling with requests to bring down tools, hardware, and other items we'll need. It sounds like their team is making great progress, despite the fact playground equipment will probably arrive the day they leave. Our team can finish up the installation.We'll cross paths with the outbound team Saturday afternoon and evening. Curt tells me God is at work in many remarkable ways and, despite some struggles, it has been an extremely fulfilling experience. Please pray against spiritual opposition as we seek to build lasting relationships, conduct seminars for about 100 area pastors, and finish the playground.Our flight leaves Milwaukee at 5:35a.m. Sat., 1/19, and we return to Milwaukee at 9:30p.m. on Sat., Jan. 26.Thanks for your prayers, and we'll post as often as possible.
